GYM GUIDELINES

Etiquette

  • • Re-rack all weights after use
  • • Wipe down equipment after use
  • • Share equipment during busy times
  • • Spot others when asked safely
  • • Keep noise levels reasonable

  • • Use safety clips on barbells
  • • Ask for help with unfamiliar equipment
  • • Report any equipment issues immediately
