WHAT IS THE LEVEL METHOD?
The Level Method is the premier CrossFit programming regimen available in the world! The Level Method measures your overall fitness level ensuring that each and every workout you do is tailor-made just for YOU! NO other gym in San Diego offers programming tailored to challenge and develop each individual athlete’s skills and abilities!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
During four 1-on-1 sessions with a certified CrossFit Coach, an athlete will complete 15 fitness tests of different types of movements and workouts. The four 1-on-1 sessions enable an athlete to safely learn CrossFit’s foundational movements while also determining an athletes current fitness level and fitness goals moving forward. Upon conclusion of your four 1-on-1 assessments you will have actionable fitness goals, no matter your current fitness level, to work towards and will be able to integrate seamlessly into our fun and exciting CrossFit classes!
